Who is responsible

EQTR, Inc., trading as Modern Relay, is the controller for the data described here. Questions and requests go to hello@modernrelay.com.

What we collect

Your email address, whether you ticked the box asking for Omnigraph news, and the time you confirmed. Nothing else: no name, no company, no tracking pixels in the emails we send.

Nothing is stored when you submit the form. The confirmation email carries a signed link, and only clicking it creates a record. An unclicked link expires after 48 hours.

Why

To hold your place on the Omnigraph Cloud waitlist and to tell you when it opens. If you ticked the box, also to send Omnigraph news: release notes and the digest. We use the waitlist for nothing else, and we do not sell or share it.

Who processes it

Resend, Inc. (resend.com) sends our email and stores the waitlist on our behalf; its servers are in the United States. Vercel, Inc. hosts this site and handles the form request. Neither uses the data for its own purposes.

Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and two events, a waitlist submission and a confirmation, without cookies and without identifying you.

Promptwatch (promptwatch.com) counts page views too, with the page address, the referring site, your language and time zone, so we can tell which AI assistants send people here. It sets no cookies and identifies no one; its servers are in the EU.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Leaving the waitlist deletes your address; we keep no copy.

Your choices

Every news email has an unsubscribe link, which also lets you switch the news off while staying on the waitlist. To leave the waitlist entirely, or to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email hello@modernrelay.com. We answer within a month.
